The problem wasn't the product - it was everything around it.
GRIP6 came in with a strong product and a loyal customer base, but the ad account told a different story. Spend was going out, new customers weren't coming in, and the creative library was thin. The product pages were doing more harm than good - weak copy, no visual hierarchy, and nothing that converted a cold browser into a buyer.
The work covered the full funnel. On the creative side, we built volume from the ground up - repurposing existing YouTube content into platform-native video ads, producing UGC-style formats, and developing a static ad library with strategic copy built around proven DTC angles. On the site side, we audited and rewrote product pages, added scannable benefit-led content, and built Replo landing pages designed specifically for paid traffic.
The result was a creative and conversion system that worked together - driving ROAS up to 3–4x on winning concepts and giving the brand a repeatable framework for scaling new customer acquisition.
